Join the City of Bienne's dynamic team and shape the future of Switzerland's largest bilingual city. As Senior Controller, you drive optimal financial management through analysis, reporting and strategic oversight.
Aufgaben
- Participate in budget planning and investment planning processes
- Create and present financial reports and analyses
- Coordinate the internal control system (SCI)
- Develop and implement advanced organizational and financial concepts
- Collaborate with diverse municipal departments (sports, real estate, urban planning, culture)
- Advise stakeholders on financial management and optimization
Profil
- Higher education in finance or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in controlling, accounting or project management
- Advanced Excel, database systems, PowerBI or VBA skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French or German, solid knowledge of the other language (written and spoken)
- Leadership mindset and ability to work in complex environments
