Join the Babilou Family, the international leader in early childhood education. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in the holistic development of children and implementation of our educational project at KidsCare Mies in the nursery section.
Aufgaben
- Ensure a safe, stimulating environment that promotes the well-being and development of each child
- Implement and evaluate sustainable educational projects that respect individual needs and rhythms
- Foster co-educational relationships with families based on listening, transparency and trust
- Support children's natural curiosity through discovery, exploration and understanding
- Contribute actively to team dynamics and continuous professional development
- Connect children with nature as a means of well-being and environmental awareness
Profil
- Diplôme ES in early childhood education or equivalent qualification
- Sensitivity to well-being, sustainability and diversity issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaborative work
- Ability to create safe, stimulating environments for children
- Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
- Team player with multicultural mindset
