Set up, run and troubleshoot downstream processes in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
Apply and uphold GMP principles and EHS standards consistently within your area of responsibility
Draft and update SOPs and (electronic) master batch records, and review process-transfer documentation from a technical perspective
Manage materials using ERP systems (SAP)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the roll-out of new technologies, including non-GMP engineering runs and test activities
Take part in sampling activities and on-call duties as required by the production schedule, occasionally including weekend work

Relevant educational background paired with 1–2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Solution-oriented mindset, curiosity to keep learning, and drive to continuously improve existing processes
Ability to stay composed and take ownership in a demanding GMP environment
Flexible, collaborative approach when working with internal and external stakeholders
Business fluency in English and German
Driving licence (category B) and access to a car (advantage for on-call duties)
