The C5I Business Area of RUAG supports the Swiss Army in the implementation of ICT projects, with a specific focus on the Cyber Command, contributing to highly secure and sovereign IT systems. Over the past eight years, the Business Area C5I has grown from zero to 260 employees, offering a unique and dynamic environment with a startup character. Work follows an agile DevSecOps model, with the C5I-Campus as an innovation space.

Aufgaben

Maintain and monitor our analytics platform across hardware, network, operating systems and shared services
Automate installation processes and streamline application delivery pipelines using scripting and infrastructure-as-code with tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Design, implement and operate shared services including PKI, storage and authentication
Implement monitoring tools, logging frameworks and alerting mechanisms, and respond to incidents to ensure uptime and reliability
Collaborate with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams to integrate systems and ensure scalability and security

Profil

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience
Solid background with Linux environments, networking and system administration
Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes combined with scripting skills in Python, Bash or Go
Understanding of infrastructure automation and CI/CD concepts, ideally with tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
Practical know-how in monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack or Loki
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with a proactive, collaborative mindset
Excellent English language skills are required; proficiency in German is a plus
