Program Manager at the EPFL AI Center and the Swiss National AI Institute Mission The EPFL Al Center focuses on advancing research, education and innovation in Al at EPFL and beyond. To supplement our team of EPFL AI Center, we seek a dynamic program manager with a can-do mindset. In this role, you will be in charge of the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and academic programs in close coordination with our Swiss National AI Institute leadership and with the EPFL AI Center. Main duties and responsibilities Your mission will be to develop and execute strategic initiatives and research programs in EPFL AI Center and the Swiss National AI Institute, especially activities related to the SwissAI research initiative, and manage the whole lifecycle of projects. In the course of this, you will interact with a large number of stakeholders in- and outside EPFL, and collaborate tightly with ETHZ AI Center. As part of the EPFL AI Center and Swiss National AI Institute teams, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing projects and programs end-to-end, coordinating broadly with EPFL researchers, SwissAI Principal Investigators, local stakeholders as well as ETHZ AI Center;
• Driving related engagement with large numbers of EPFL-internal and -external stakeholders from academia, industry, and politics (among others) at in-person or virtual events;
• Developing and managing the broader SwissAI initiative program portfolio, including running Call for Proposals processes;
• Promoting the EPFL AI Center and the Swiss National AI Institute, managing our extensive partner network, and building our ecosystem in Switzerland and beyond
