EdTech Project Manager – Bern | JobRevolt

EHL is a globally recognized hospitality management school founded in 1893 with over 800 staff and faculty from more than 120 countries. The EdTech Project Manager will lead the analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational technology solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and academic operations, acting as a key interface between academic, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption aligned with EHL's educational strategy.

Aufgaben

Analyze educational technology and AI-related needs and identify solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and academic operations
Lead the implementation and management of key educational technology platforms, including LMS, content management, and learning experience solutions
Manage projects end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and vendor relationships, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope
Collaborate with academic, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of EdTech solutions
Drive the adoption of AI and emerging educational technologies while ensuring alignment with institutional policies, standards, and requirements
Provide training, guidance, and change management support to maximize user adoption and ensure value realization
Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement
Stay up to date with developments in educational technology, AI, multimedia, and digital learning content, and assess their potential value for EHL

Profil

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within educational technology, higher education, or similar environment
Proven experience implementing and managing LMS and other educational technology platforms
Strong understanding of digital learning technologies, content management, and learning experience platforms
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience with system integration, data migration, software implementation, and project management methodologies
Strong understanding of digital learning interoperability and content standards (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, LTI, QTI)
Knowledge of multimedia production tools and digital educational content creation, with interest in emerging technologies and AI
Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communicator and collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work effectively in agile, cross-functional environment
Fluent in English (C1); French (C1) and other languages are a plus
