Sales Executive

• Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise clients, from prospecting to contract signature.
• Build and execute a proactive inbound and outbound lead generation strategy to ensure a consistent, qualified pipeline.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales forecast to provide leadership with reliable visibility on pipeline health.
• Lead contract negotiations for Enterprise deals, including pricing structures and terms, in coordination with legal and procurement stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strategic account plans for key Enterprise clients, identifying opportunities for expansion beyond the initial contract.
• Support the Client Success team in the onboarding of newly won clients.
• Share best practices and provide informal coaching to junior sales team members, supporting their ramp-up.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams, feeding market and client insights back into the organization.
• Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow to prepare client outreach, summarize meetings, and support sales research.

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, including Enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quota
• Proficient in using a CRM system to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean sales data
• Experience leading contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, with procurement or legal stakeholders
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French, with professional proficiency in English; German would be a big plus
• Prior exposure to HR, employee benefits, or a related B2B service industry is a plus
