Junior Recruiter / HR Generalist starting date asap / duration 4-5 months

Recruitment:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job briefing to offer stage
• Draft and publish job advertisements through appropriate sourcing channels
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment processes, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing providers when required
• Independently manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of employment documents, work permit requests, employee creation in the system, and coordination of all onboarding activities
• Oversee offboarding processes, including document preparation, system updates, and coordination of exit formalities
• Create, maintain, and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, amendments, and work certificates
• Serve as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and administrative requests
• Support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Assist HR Business Partners with operational HR activities and projects

• HR Certificate or equivalent education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, including significant exposure to both recruitment and HR administration
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment practices and HR administration
• Fluent in French and English; German is desirable
• Proficient with HRIS and digital tools (Oracle, Microsoft 365, ATS)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitments and HR priorities simultaneously
• Service-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach
