Head Coach & Community Manager – Zürich | JobRevolt

tone. is one of Switzerland's leading boutique fitness brands with signature workouts on Pilates-inspired reformers, with a mission to help people create the strongest version of themselves and transform their fitness, health and overall life. Currently operating 5 studios in Zürich and expanding to 10–50 studios across Europe, the company is seeking 2–3 Head Coach & Community Managers. You will initially oversee 2–3 studios, transitioning to a single studio as the team grows.

Aufgaben

Maintain a full teaching schedule of 8–14 classes per week, with availability across mornings, evenings and weekends
Deliver best-in-class tone. classes that consistently meet the coaching quality standard
Follow tone. programming, springs and playlist guidelines for a consistent, on-brand studio experience
Own the in-studio client journey – new client welcome and follow-up, retention conversations, proactive outreach to lapsing members
Support in-studio sales – know current packages and promotions, build client loyalty through the experience and relationship
Be the first point of contact for client concerns; respond promptly and escalate where needed
Build relationships with the local wellness community to strengthen tone.'s presence and drive organic growth
Deliver weekly informal touchpoints with each coach – one specific, actionable piece of feedback per conversation
Run monthly scorecard reviews with each coach – own the development conversation between formal check-ins
Support new coach training during ITP cohorts – in-studio support and feedback sessions as needed
Flag coaches who are below standard; support the execution of any improvement plans
Organize at least one team touchpoint per quarter – workshop, training or team event that builds cohesion and culture
Ensure the studio opens and closes on brand – equipment is impeccable, coaches are prepared, standards are met daily
Manage sub requests and schedule coverage at the studio level; escalate scheduling infrastructure to the Area Manager and/or Head of Operations
Hold coaches accountable to pre and post-class duties – client engagement, announcements, studio checklist and community building support
Monitor studio-level client data – utilization, retention, new client tracking and member growth
Participate in regular meetings with the Area Manager and/or Head of Operations and Head of Product & Training; provide honest, timely updates on team and studio health

Profil

Mature, driven and responsible person passionate about tone. and fitness
Strong educational or professional background; take pride in doing things well
Genuine belief in tone. and the fitness community being built
Natural community builder – love people, create connections, make members feel welcome and valued
Proactive, energetic, hands-on – don't wait to be told what needs to be done
Excited to take ownership of a studio, its community, team and day-to-day success
Interested in marketing, sales and leadership
Honest, caring and trustworthy – treat people with respect, communicate openly
Ambitious to grow with the company – looking for more than just a job
No coaching experience required

Rahmenbedingungen

Pensum: 8–14 classes per week
Ort: Zürich (5 studios; preferred studio location indicated during application, final assignment determined through interview process)
Application: External applicants must submit a 1–2 minute coaching video of yourself leading any exercise-based activity. Internal applicants (tone. or NOW) must submit a 5-minute video of yourself coaching a session.
