Ensure global market supply to third party customers on time in full at the right quality and cost
Partner with different interfaces for upstream replenishment coordination from central packaging
Continuously improve the cost-to-serve model (incl. KPI metrics)
Leverage data for decision making by using analytics, simulation tools and customer insights
Drive efficiency through identifying value-adding and productivity-enhancing opportunities through technology and data
Collaborate with different functions in the markets to understand the changes which may impact supply to the country and align with planning functions to adjust the Replenishment Plan
Ensure appropriate supply chain set-up (incl. master data)

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations within the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
Familiar with AI-driven supply chain tools/analytics
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
German language skills are a plus
GMP experience is beneficial
Strong track record of using data-driven insights to manage supply metrics and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
