We are looking for an experienced and proactive Apsys Core Banking Specialist to join our IT team and ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of our core banking systems. You will work on complex projects requiring imaginative problem-solving with hands-on expertise in production support, system monitoring, and operational stability.

Aufgaben

Manage and monitor daily and end-of-day batch processing, including troubleshooting failed jobs, dependencies, and processing errors
Support application deployments, releases, patches, upgrades, and routine maintenance in controlled production environments
Support and troubleshoot system integrations, interfaces, APIs, file transfers, and communication between banking and external systems
Handle incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis, coordination with technical teams, and resolution of production issues

Profil

Strong experience working with Apsys core banking platform in production environment with solid understanding of day-to-day banking system operations
Problem-solving attitude; projects are non-textbook cases requiring imaginative solutions
Hands-on experience with production support, system monitoring, and operational stability ensuring critical banking services remain available and reliable
Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, backend services, databases, servers, and integrations, with ability to investigate issues across multiple technical layers
Good understanding of server and application configurations, including reviewing logs, services, system resources, connectivity, and backend access
Working knowledge of database operations and health monitoring with ability to investigate application- and data-related issues together with database teams
Familiarity with user and backend access management, security controls, and operational procedures within regulated or financial services environments
Ability to work independently across different technical areas while also coordinating effectively with infrastructure, database, development, security, and business teams
Strong operational mindset with focus on system availability, stability, performance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement
Proactive attitude
