IAM Operations Analyst for Third-Party Applications and External Websites

• Maintain an inventory of third-party applications and external websites, including ownership, access models, and vendor details ;
• Execute access lifecycle processes for third-party applications and external websites, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities ;
• Process access provisioning, modification, and revocation requests in line with IAM policies;
• Maintain clear, consistent, and auditable documentation of access decisions and approvals ;
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation for each third-party application and external website ;
• Centralize and retain organizational knowledge of vendor-specific access procedures ;
• Support periodic access reviews and certification activities with business stakeholders ;
• Collaborate with business owners, HR, IT GRC, Compliance, and vendors to ensure process alignment ;
• Support audits by providing evidence, documentation, and process transparency ;
• Support application onboarding through standard processes, including requirements gathering and configuration in Clear Skye and ServiceNow ;
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation through IAM tools such as ServiceNow and Clear Skye .

What you can expect

• 3-5 years e xperience in IAM operations, access management, or IT support ;
• Experience managing user life cycle processes with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews , Role Based Access Control, etc . ;
• Experience working with third-party applications and vendor-managed, externally hosted web applications, portals, or websites ;
• S trong documentation, process management, and organizational skills ;
• Hands-on familiarity with IAM tools such as ServiceNow, Clear Skye, SailPoint, or similar platforms ;
• Good understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, SSO, identity governance, and directory services ;
• Experience working in compliance- or audit-driven environments is an advantage ;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills ;
• Structured , detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work .
