Maintenance Planning: Plan and coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for the ASU
Operational Excellence & Safety: Ensure safe, reliable, quality-compliant, efficient, and environmentally friendly operation of the plant's maintenance activities
Project & Turnaround Management: Coordinate and support technical modifications and engineering projects on site together with TAR management support
Process Optimization: Drive continuous proactive process improvements and utilize affinity for automated systems to optimize operations
Documentation: Maintain, update, and provide plant documentation, including operating manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
On-Call Duty: Coordinate and participate in the on-call rotation to secure uninterrupted customer gas supply and perform prompt troubleshooting when required
Act as deputy of the plant manager when needed

Completed technical education, preferably in mechanical, electrical, process engineering, or a related field (FH/HF)
Maintenance experience within a process-oriented industrial environment (chemical, petrochemical, process engineering, or gas plant)
Understanding of chemical/process engineering technologies (compressors, pumps, turbines, distillation columns, pneumatics, and hydraulics)
English is a MUST, German a strong plus
