Description Lead financial controlling activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making. Partner with the CFO and departments to deliver actionable financial insights and drive performance. Analyse costs and services performance, identifying improvement areas and proposing solutions. Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data in close collaboration with the accounting team. Act as a support to accounting when needed ( closings, audit preparation).
