International financial services organisation providing legal and regulatory support for investment funds. The Legal & Compliance function plays a key role in supporting the development, governance and ongoing management of investment products across multiple jurisdictions, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Aufgaben

Drafting, reviewing and updating legal and regulatory documentation
Supporting legal and compliance matters relating to UCITS, ETFs and other investment fund structures
Assisting with product-related projects and regulatory initiatives
Reviewing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency
Providing legal support to internal stakeholders across various business functions
Monitoring regulatory developments impacting investment funds
Participating in the ongoing management and maintenance of fund documentation
Supporting senior team members on day-to-day legal and compliance matters

Profil

Experience within Asset Management, Investment Funds, UCITS, ETFs and/or Alternative Investment Funds
Strong knowledge of fund documentation and regulatory matters
Excellent drafting and document review skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset
Master's degree in Law or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Previous experience gained within an asset manager, financial institution or similar environment (preferred)
French would be an advantage but is not essential

Rahmenbedingungen

12-month temporary assignment
Hybrid working model with one home-working day per week
Location: Geneva
Reporting to: Senior members of the Legal & Compliance team
