Lead requirements and delivery across execution and FX transformation
Support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk to the target EMS
Coordinate Business, Technology, Operations, Avaloq, custody and external providers
Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
Drive system integration, testing, migration and operational readiness
Manage risks, dependencies, timelines and key stakeholders

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT or a related field
Strong experience in trading, execution, FX or capital markets transformation
Background in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services
Proven experience with system integration and target operating model implementations
Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol
Good understanding of trading workflows, FX products, custody and post-trade processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Experience delivering complex, business-critical transformation programmes
Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery approaches
Relevant project, business analysis or Agile certifications are an advantage
