As a Process & Billing Specialist supporting the SMG Real Estate business area within the CCC Process & Quality Management Team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient processes, strong internal controls, and reliable billing and data management across SMG Real Estate.

Aufgaben

Maintaining and improving finance process documentation, internal control documentation (IKS, audit), and control matrices
Monitoring and enhancing data quality through dashboards, reporting, and analysis (billing, customer data)
Supporting operational finance activities, including billing processes, dunning, and handling finance-related cases
Ensuring accurate invoicing and running monthly closing processes (invoice run)
Identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Drive process improvements, enhance data quality, support and optimize billing processes, and take ownership of operational billing tasks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to overarching goals and mission

Profil

1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, process management, or controlling
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process optimization
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce and billing engines) and reporting tools
Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Fluent in German and English
