Junior Data Analyst – Lausanne | JobRevolt

The Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI), founded in 1921 and headquartered in Lausanne, is the governing body for international equestrian sport with more than 130 National Federation members and over 4,300 international events annually. The FEI is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to work exclusively on the Equine Digital Passport (Equipass) project in close collaboration with the FEI Technology Operations Department, supporting the team in transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights.

Aufgaben

Collect, clean and structure data from multiple internal and external sources
Produce regular reports, dashboards and visualisations to support business development & decisions
Assist in maintaining data quality and consistency across systems
Collaborate with DEV ops tools (GIT, Jira, CI/CD Pipeline)
Support the publication and management of datasets in Open Data formats
Conduct ad hoc analyses in response to team and stakeholder requests
Contribute to documentation of data processes and methodologies
Collaborate with technical and business colleagues to understand data needs
Participate and facilitate workshops with stakeholders

Profil

Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent
Initial experience up to 3 years (internship or first role) in data analysis
Proficiency with data tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, GIT) and software languages (R, JSON, Pandas)
Experience in organisations working with Open Data or data for research formats is desired (visualisation, pipelines)
Ability to present data and technology topics in an accessible way
Service-oriented, attention to detail and good communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A strong interest and knowledge in equestrian sport is advantageous
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is a plus

Rahmenbedingungen

1-year fixed term with the possibility of extension
Activity rate: 100%
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland
Available as of 1 September 2026 or upon agreement
