Sonic Suisse SA employs around 2,500 staff in Switzerland with over 40 sites across German-speaking, French-speaking and Italian-speaking Switzerland, and is part of the Sonic Healthcare Group. The QA team member is responsible for verifying that our applications, tests, and documentation meet rigorous quality standards, ensuring that each deliverable is reliable, compliant, and deployment-ready. The QA Team member is the interface between the development team and others internal requesters.

Aufgaben

Conduct manual and automated tests on applications to validate functionality and performance
Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and test data
Manage test coverage over requirements review
Develop and maintain automation test
Monitor automation test results
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies
Document test plans, test cases, defect reports, and documentation
Produce quality metrics and reports, and communicate testing results effectively
Analyze defects, prioritize resolutions, and perform RCA to identify underlying causes and prevent recurrence
Promote testing best practices and quality awareness within the team and wider organization

Profil

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
Active listening skills to understand the needs of requesters
Ability to work in a team and promote collaboration
Awareness of conflict management and problem-solving skills
Highly meticulous with strong analytical skills
Functional expertise in the managed applications
Ability to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders
Competence in writing clear and understandable documents for teams
Maintains current specialist knowledge and expands existing knowledge through regular training and development as required by the position
Experience in frontend and backend validation and mobile application
Test automation
Ideally experienced in the following tools: SQUASH TM, Robot Framework, Service Desk, Azure Devops (tickets, repository, CI/CD), Python, JS, Confluence, Git, Rest API, Bruno, Postman, Selenium, Appium, SQL
