Our client is a well-established Swiss technology company with more than 45 years of successful market presence and an excellent reputation in its market segment. As part of an international group, the company develops, distributes and services specialized technical solutions for professional customers across Switzerland. To strengthen its technical service organization, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional as Field Service Specialist (m/f/d).

Aufgaben

Perform maintenance, servicing and repair work on sophisticated robotic technical equipment and systems
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues
Prepare, configure and test equipment before delivery and installation
Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site
Conduct customer training and technical instruction
Assist with product installations, commissioning and acceptance procedures
Document service activities and support continuous improvement initiatives

Profil

Technical apprenticeship or vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering, automation or a related field
Experience in maintenance, repair or servicing of robotics, automation equipment, inspection systems, measurement devices or other advanced technical systems
Customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset
Ability to work independently, take ownership and solve problems pragmatically
Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland
Good German and English language skills, French and/or Italian would be an advantage
