Tortuga Sense is a Swiss preventive health company with science-based supplements, diagnostics and AI-powered health coach. Strategy is set, portfolio in market, expansion beyond Switzerland underway. You own brand, demand and marketing's contribution to revenue – translating company strategy into a prioritized plan that drives measurable, profitable recurring growth at falling cost of acquisition. You lead a small team and execute hands-on.

Aufgaben

Own brand, demand and marketing's contribution to revenue; translate company strategy into plan that prioritises rather than lists
Set target segments, positioning, channel architecture and quarterly planning with clear priorities and trade-offs
Run channel mix across paid social, search, affiliate, creator and organic; manage CAC, ROAS and contribution margin per channel with tracking and attribution
Rebuild marketing operations around current AI tools and agents for content, creative production, research, localization, testing, automation and reporting
Evolve "From Cell to Consciousness" brand into something desirable and scientifically credible across content, organic and paid social, and creator partnerships
Own lifecycle marketing, email, automation and subscription model with focus on repeat purchase rate and LTV as personalization lever
Enable B2B marketing for practices, pharmacies, therapists and studios integrated with Deep Sense programme
Scale Germany as focus market with EU markets in parallel; steer local Asia partner team through brand guidelines and metrics
Lead and develop marketing team from COO, fill open positions, manage agencies and freelancers, own budget

Profil

Hands-on ownership of paid social, search and creator campaigns; fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin and analytics behind them
Works daily with current AI tools and agents for content, creative, research, localization, automation and reporting; can demonstrate concrete cost reduction or speed increase
Delivers personally, prioritizes under tight resources, works without large support apparatus
Native or near-native English written and spoken (working language with partner teams, agencies, international creators)
First leadership experience or clear readiness to lead and develop small team and steer agencies and freelancers
Plus: D2C, e-commerce or subscription brand experience with revenue or channel P&L responsibility; multi-market or partner team management experience; background in supplements, nutrition, preventive health or health tech; German skills; network among creators and retail partners in DACH region

Ort: Zug, Switzerland (hybrid) – some travel between CH and DE
