Über den Job

Lead the newly established IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team reporting to the Head of IS Production & Value Chain. You are accountable for delivery, performance, strategy and continuous improvement of all local IS infrastructure and technology services supporting Swiss manufacturing and operations. This combines people leadership, technology leadership, strategic planning and organizational development.

Aufgaben

Lead, coach and develop the IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team
Build a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Develop future organizational capabilities, competencies and succession plans
Create an environment promoting innovation, ownership and entrepreneurial thinking
Support employee growth through personal development, clear responsibilities and effective resource planning
Define and continuously evolve the IS Infrastructure & Technology strategy for Switzerland aligned with business priorities and global IS strategy
Develop and maintain technology roadmaps supporting manufacturing, shopfloor, service center and transformation requirements
Drive innovation, automation, digitalization and service optimization initiatives across infrastructure and technology services
Act as thought leader evaluating emerging technologies and translating opportunities into business value
Provide strategic guidance to business stakeholders and senior management on long-term investment planning and annual budgeting
Own intake, evaluation and prioritization of IS Infrastructure & Technology demands
Balance strategic initiatives, operational requirements, available resources, priorities, risks and dependencies
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IS Factory & Digitalization Team CH, production sites and shopfloor teams
Act as key partner to IS Factory & Digitalization Team CH as business interface for infrastructure requirements
Own overall performance, health, stability and secure operation of IS Infrastructure & Technology services in Switzerland
Monitor service performance and establish improvement plans
Own Major Incident Management and serve as escalation point for critical local service issues
Ensure business continuity, resilience, disaster recovery and operational risk requirements
Ensure local implementation of global Cybersecurity and IS Infrastructure guidelines
Manage operational costs and support financial accountability
