Trade Regulation Intelligence Marketing Manager

• Own Besso's marketing strategy, budget, and pipeline targets, working independently against agreed goals and reporting on marketing sourced pipeline and conversion
• Lead ABM for global food & beverage, FMCG, and CPG enterprises, developing targeted messaging for each stakeholder in the buying committee
• Build an AI powered signal engine that detects trigger events, such as new tariffs, trade agreements, or regulatory changes, and identifies the accounts affected so campaigns can launch while the topic is live
• Own LinkedIn and email outbound campaigns for lead generation, including automation, deliverability, and testing
• Produce LinkedIn content on trade law, tariffs, and FTA developments for Besso and its founders, driving engagement and visibility and establishing Besso as a thought leader in trade compliance
• Manage and supervise outbound agencies and other vendors as their main point of contact, setting outcome-based success criteria
• Lead the development of Besso's website with external designers, improving SEO and lead conversion
• Run new marketing experiments to strengthen Besso's positioning in the market, and turn what works into repeatable processes
• Support the commercial team with sales materials and represent Besso at selected industry events

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or technology
• Deeply understands current developments in global trade, including tariffs, trade regulations, and supply chains, and understands their impact on international businesses
• Writes clear, credible copy for senior B2B audiences, including ghostwritten executive content directed at global trade compliance professionals, procurement executives, and supply chain leaders
• Has built demand generation or outbound programs that produced measurable pipeline for an enterprise sales team
• Has hands on experience with ABM and B2B outbound tools such as Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, and HubSpot
• Has experience managing websites in Webflow, including SEO and conversion optimization
• Has managed external agencies and creative vendors, including scoping, performance evaluation, and commercial discussions
• Can build marketing from scratch with limited resources and no established playbook
• Works directly and effectively with a CEO and executive team, and communicates in a structured, concise way
• Is analytical, data literate, and uses AI tools in daily marketing work
• Is fluent in English
• Is based in Switzerland
