Head of International Marketing – Le Locle | JobRevolt

For over a century, MIDO has been crafting Swiss watches that combine timeless design, engineering excellence and exceptional value. Founded in Switzerland in 1918, based in Le Locle and part of the Swatch Group, MIDO's timepieces are sold in 70 countries through a network of 2300 points of sales, marketplaces and e-commerce. As Head of International Marketing, you will help shape the future of MIDO by leading the development and execution of its global marketing strategy.

Aufgaben

Shape and drive the international marketing strategy to strengthen brand desirability, accelerate growth, and build long-term brand equity
Drive the global media and communication strategy for consistent brand presence across markets
Champion the evolution and execution of the brand positioning, identity, and experience worldwide
Identify strategic growth opportunities and priorities to support the brand's continued expansion
Oversee the international marketing budget, optimizing investments for maximum impact and performance
Lead the planning and deployment of international 360° marketing campaigns across all relevant channels and touchpoints, with a focus on digital-first initiatives
Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and commercial activations
Ensure excellence and consistency across advertising, digital, social media, merchandising, events, PR, and partnerships
Measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Build strong partnerships with 20 subsidiaries, distributors, and local marketing teams
Provide guidance, strategic support, and best practices to ensure successful market execution
Identify growth opportunities and recommend marketing initiatives tailored to local business priorities
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and knowledge sharing across markets
Ensure that every consumer touchpoint consistently reflects the MIDO brand universe and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the retail, digital and omnichannel experience
Support the development of distinctive visibility, merchandising and experiential initiatives that reinforce brand perception
Act as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders
Lead and inspire your marketing team members through coaching, development, and empowerment
Coordinate effectively across sales, product, and digital departments to ensure aligned execution and shared success
Contribute to a performance-oriented culture focused on impact, ownership, and continuous improvement

Profil

Enjoy working in an international environment and travelling (10-15%)
University degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in international marketing management positions, preferably within the watchmaking, luxury, premium consumer goods, or lifestyle sectors
Proven track record in developing and executing global marketing strategies and integrated communication campaigns
Strong understanding of brand building, consumer engagement and omnichannel marketing
Experience managing international stakeholders and working across multiple markets and cultures
Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce environments is a strong advantage
Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
Any additional language is considered an asset in an international environment
