Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation

• Lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution
• Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions to develop and grow cyber business
• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments. Create an environment where people and technology thrive together
• Deliver Supply chain, OT, IAM, Managed Services Transformation programmes on a global scale, advising clients on Target Operating models to deal with IT-OT convergence
• Drive and take ownership for developing strategic client relationships that help deliver what is best for people and stakeholders
• Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm and clients

• Minimum 10 years' experience working within manufacturing, pharma or Industrial Products industry
• Experience with global cybersecurity functions in one or more of: Supply chain security, Cyber Managed Services, OT Security, Cyber strategy, assessments and Transformations, vulnerability assessment and management, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring, or overall strategy and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA)
• Industry leading knowledge of latest technology trends and predictions in Security, OT and Manufacturing world
• Ability to conceptualize and pitch prototypes and proof of concepts for clients
• Ability to deliver innovative solutions and consistently demonstrate customer outcomes
• Experience or knowledge of global standards and frameworks including IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS
• Relevant certifications beneficial (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
• Ability to persuade technical experts and decision makers
• Fluent English. German or French are a plus
