The ITI (International Team for Implantology) is the world's leading academic community in implant dentistry, headquartered in Basel with 25,000 Fellows and Members across 40 Sections. As Global Head of Education, you will shape the global education strategy and lead a small, entrepreneurial team to drive evidence-based education worldwide.

Aufgaben

Develop and deliver the global education strategy across university-based and private education aligned with ITI's mission and growth goals
Own the full portfolio: ITI Curriculum, University Program, Treatment Guides, ITI Academy, study-club and partner content, congress and course content
Expand undergraduate education and lead train-the-trainer programs for universities
Build and roll out a partnership program for private education providers to spread ITI content and standards
Act as trusted advisor to the Education Committee and its Chair, co-creating strategy and direction
Motivate and coordinate approximately 40 education volunteers worldwide in local Sections and countries
Collaborate closely with education colleagues in subsidiaries, Sections, key opinion leaders, universities, providers and industry partners including Straumann
Represent the ITI at congresses, universities, partner meetings and scientific events
Own the end-to-end process for educational content: editorial, video, e-learning, presentations, courses and events
Drive quality and consistency across in-person, blended and digital formats; strengthen learning design and outcome measurement
Develop digital channels to increase reach, engagement and active usage of ITI Academy; shape congress and study club agendas
Own underlying processes: editorial, course management, partner management and governance
Hold full budget responsibility for the portfolio (top and bottom line); develop budget recommendations and own pricing and partner models
Define and report on KPIs: learners and graduates, education touchpoints, active partners, active platform users and CSAT
Build and develop a small, hands-on, entrepreneurial and results-oriented education team

Profil

Minimum 10 years in professional education in healthcare (corporate or comparable not-for-profit) with minimum 5 years leading people in complex, global, matrixed organizations
Track record of driving learner growth, engagement or partner impact through education with hands-on experience producing content and running programs
Dentistry or medical devices background preferred; digital learning, university partnerships or professional societies a strong plus
Experience building education partner ecosystems valued
Strategic and entrepreneurial instincts; business acumen to build sustainable education models and portfolios
Diplomatic, persuasive communication with executives, scientific experts, volunteers, universities and industry partners across cultures
Solid grasp of learning design, digital/blended learning and outcome measurement; strong editorial judgement on scientific, medical and educational content
Bachelor's or equivalent in business, education, dentistry, healthcare, life sciences or related field
Fluent in English; further languages an advantage
Willingness to travel approximately 20%
