CDI - Store Manager Zürich – Genf | JobRevolt

As part of Hermès Switzerland and Central Europe's strategy, you will manage and develop your store by leading a team to offer our customers personalized and exceptional service, developing and retaining a local and international customer base, and optimizing operations management. You will work closely with the subsidiary's support functions and put the customer at the heart of your concerns, sharing the spirit of Hermès with every employee and visitor.

Aufgaben

Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve set objectives and provide excellent service
Share relevant information and analysis with the team to communicate the store's vision and challenges
Foster team spirit and set quantitative and qualitative objectives
Supervise and coach employees, recruit team members, organize their integration, and oversee training and development
Ensure regular presence on the sales floor to support the team and orchestrate in-store activity
Supervise the quality of information in the customer database and determine targeted clienteling actions
Keep abreast of trends, benchmark competition, and analyze opportunities to develop the store
Work with the Communications Department to organize customer events
Promote Hermès by getting involved in the local community
Work with the Product Offer Department to define purchasing strategy
Make purchases for the store four times a year based on sales analysis and knowledge of clientele
Optimize stock management and goods flows to facilitate customer service while optimizing stock levels
Share, explain, apply, and enforce all internal procedures in collaboration with Internal Control
Supervise inventories and ensure markdowns are kept to a minimum
Ensure the store is in excellent condition and suggest maintenance and refurbishment work
Contribute to the life of the subsidiary by participating in meetings and sharing vision, ideas, and best practices

At least 10 years of experience in managing a commercial entity and leading a team with diverse and multicultural profiles

Very good oral and written communication skills in English; French is a great asset
