Pharma Technical Development (PTD) is a global team of over 2,000 experts dedicated to developing innovative medicines. Within PTD, the Analytical Development for Synthetic Molecules department uses cutting-edge techniques such as HPLC, GC/IC, and Mass Spectrometry to develop efficient and robust analytical methods for clinical trials and commercial supply.

Aufgaben

Development and optimization of robust analytical methods (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, KF) for quality assessment of starting materials, intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs)
Planning and meticulous execution of experiments, including reaction monitoring and method development
Close collaboration with process development and cross-functional partners to coordinate analytical activities and sample management
Cooperation with the QC unit to ensure smooth transfer of developed analytical methods
Preparation of high-quality documentation, including analytical procedures and reports supporting method validation and regulatory submissions
Use of innovative approaches and digital tools to continuously improve analytical workflows

Profil

Completed vocational training as Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant) or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience within pharmaceutical industry
Strong hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, KF, and MS
Proven experience in analytical method development
Excellent scientific writing and documentation skills
High quality awareness and exceptional attention to detail
Proactive and self-driven working style
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of GxP requirements (advantageous)
Experience with analytical method validation (advantageous)
Previous experience in analytical development within pharmaceutical manufacturing or process development environments (advantageous)
