In the context of a succession, a new Team Assistant is being sought for the headquarters in Schaffhausen. The role offers high diversity of tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with different stakeholders from different functions and levels.

Aufgaben

Providing general administrative and organizational support
Scheduling meetings and managing logistics according to established procedures
Organizing standard travel arrangements
Handling basic office administration and documentation
Maintaining records and supporting team operations
Managing the Team Assistant Hub inbox

Profil

Several years of experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong focus on customers and solutions, ability and flexibility to go the extra mile to ensure a great service
Above-average communication and influencing skills in German and English
Willingness to spread the 60% across 4-5 days and have a high presence at the office
