We are a hybrid consulting and digital solutions team focused on infrastructure asset management, decision-support systems and strategic advisory. We help infrastructure owners and operators develop data-driven strategies for complex asset portfolios, delivering integrated solutions from asset management assessments and portfolio condition evaluations to long term maintenance, renewal and investment planning. A core part of our offering is an asset-management software suite deployed by infrastructure managers across Europe, supporting condition evaluation, resilience simulations, deterioration modelling, lifecycle cost forecasting, scenario-based CAPEX/OPEX planning, backlog management, benchmarking and advanced asset prioritisation. Job Description If you are passionate about infrastructure, consulting and helping clients make better long term investment decisions, we invite you to take on responsibility with us as: SENIOR CONSULTANT – ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (M/F/D) 80-100% - ZÜRICH / BASEL YOUR TASKS: We are looking for strong competencies in a selection of these areas; no candidate is expected to meet every requirement. Lead individual project workstreams and independently structure analyses, approaches and client deliverables Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, management reports, workshops and executive decision-making materials Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, business cases and commercial opportunities across rail, energy and critical infrastructure sectors Conduct strategic and technical analyses related to infrastructure asset management, maintenance strategies, renewal planning and investment prioritisation Apply AFRY asset-management methodologies, frameworks and digital tools within client organisations Facilitate client workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions, translating client requirements into actionable solutions Translate complex technical, operational and analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior management and decision-makers Contribute to the development of our asset-management software suite and digital solutions by identifying client needs and supporting implementation activities Support quantitative modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis related to asset condition, resilience, lifecycle costs and investment planning Coach and support junior consultants and analysts as part of project delivery teams Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of AFRY’s Asset Management Systems business You will have the opportunity to join AFRY trainee events and learning programmes across Europe and Scandinavia and collaborate with colleagues from multiple countries. In the short term, you will work on projects across Europe, in the long term, you will have the opportunity to work on international projects
