Regional Sales Leader EU – Sateco AG | JobRevolt

As a globally active Swiss privately-owned company with around 850 employees across Europe, the US, and Asia, we develop high-precision silicone keypads and advanced HMI solutions for leading international customers across a wide range of industries. As Regional Sales Leader EU (Teamleiter Verkauf EU), you will lead and execute Sateco's sales and business development across Europe, combining business development with hands-on customer engagement, developing key customer relationships, and supporting the growth of Sateco's business within the global automotive industry. Reporting directly to the CSO, you will lead a small sales team and play a key role in building a proactive, performance-driven sales organization focused on sustainable growth and long-term customer success.

Aufgaben

Execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global business objectives
Lead, coach, and develop a small sales team
Deliver regional sales, customer growth and new business targets
Drive customer penetration and lead complex commercial negotiations with key accounts
Coordinate global account management activities closely with teams in Asia and US
Support growth in targeted market segments and secure early engagement on global OEM platforms
Manage pricing strategies in highly competitive and volatile market environments
Drive sales excellence through KPI-based steering and Salesforce transparency
Ensure disciplined pipeline, RFQ, and quotation management

Profil

5–7 years of experience in B2B sales within a Tier 2 component environment
Experience in leading sales personnel
Strong track record in winning and developing OEM/Tier 1 business
Deep understanding of RFQ processes, pricing structures, and long sales cycles
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and good knowledge of German
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
Hands-on sales professional with proven experience developing customer relationships, winning new business, and supporting sales teams in an international automotive environment
Strong leadership personality with ability to challenge, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teams while maintaining a high level of accountability and assertiveness
Champions customer centricity with extensive experience negotiating long-term customer agreements and developing key account relationships
International mindset, fluent in English and genuinely enjoys traveling

Job Location: Preferably based in the DACH-Region with regular travel
