Family Office Administrator

• Investment Operations Support: Support trade settlements, capital calls/distributions, and investment record keeping.
• Reporting: Prepare investment, asset, and performance reports for the family and management.
• Financial Administration: Manage expenses, bill payments, and accounting coordination.
• Advisor Coordination: Liaise with external tax, legal, banking, and wealth advisors.
• Lifestyle Management: Coordinate family-related services, including visas, properties, and events.
• Confidential Documentation: Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Handle ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks with discretion and a service-oriented mindset.
• General Office Administration: Support office administration and office upkeep.

• 2+ years of experience in a family office, private banking, asset management, or corporate finance environment.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work 100% on-site in Pfäffikon, Schwyz.
• Valid Swiss work permit.
• Fluent in English; native-level Japanese preferred.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical, administrative, and software skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
