As an M365 Collaboration Engineer, you will primarily design, build, and maintain scalable M365 solutions combining hands-on development with automation across SharePoint, Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 services. You will bring a working understanding of platform governance, standards, and lifecycle best practices to ensure the solutions you build are secure, supportable, and well-governed.

Aufgaben

Design, build, and maintain scalable M365 solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services
Develop front-end and back-end solutions leveraging SharePoint object model and architecture
Configure SharePoint inbuilt and PnP based components
Leverage Microsoft Graph API to extend M365 capabilities and integrate across services
Work with migration tools such as Sharegate, SPMT, Metalogix
Develop and automate with Power Apps and Power Automate for business process automation
Design, configure, and extend AI agents within Microsoft 365/Copilot Studio
Deploy and automate on Microsoft Azure using CI/CD pipelines
Independently develop and review code to meet quality standards
Apply and maintain governance frameworks covering SharePoint/MS Teams policies, external sharing, information architecture, and retention
Use M365 Admin Center and Microsoft Purview to review platform health, usage analytics, and compliance posture
Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance teams on platform governance alignment
Serve as technical resource for M365 development questions
Build and maintain site templates, provisioning scripts, and automated governance workflows using PnP provisioning engine and PowerShell
Produce governance documentation, platform guides, and architecture decision records

Profil

Deep hands-on development experience building SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions at enterprise scale
Proficiency in Client-side technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
Experience with modern frameworks: React or Angular
Server-side languages: C#, .NET Framework
Proficient in PnP PowerShell and the PnP Framework for SharePoint automation, provisioning, and governance
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for cross-service automation and reporting
