TEAM is a full-service sports marketing agency and trusted advisor based in Lucerne and London. As part of the Commercial Services department, the IT Solutions team keeps TEAM digitally connected, secure and running smoothly, managing the technology foundations that enable the business to operate effectively.

Aufgaben

Ensure the availability, performance and security of TEAM's IT systems and services, including Microsoft365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure and related cloud services
Monitor IT systems and manage incidents, problems and changes to minimise downtime and improve service quality
Manage and improve TEAM's IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, hybrid environments, storage, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity
Maintain a strong security environment by managing identity and access, network security, vulnerability management, patching, endpoint protection, security monitoring and incident response
Manage end-user devices and IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including purchasing, deployment, maintenance and secure disposal
Work with technology vendors, software suppliers and managed service providers to ensure reliable services
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, policies and procedures that support security, compliance and business continuity
Support IT budgeting, software licensing, audits and regulatory compliance
Help develop and deliver the Technology Operations roadmap by improving infrastructure, expanding cloud services, introducing automation and continuously improving IT services
Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues while promoting teamwork, continuous improvement and excellent customer service

Profil

Experience as System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer or Network Engineer in enterprise environment
Hands-on expertise of Microsoft technologies, hybrid environments and virtual server infrastructure
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and cybersecurity
Organised, take responsibility and enjoy solving technical challenges
Adaptability: embrace new technologies and continually seek opportunities to modernise and improve operational services
Ambition: strive for operational excellence and encourage continuous improvement across technology services and technical knowledge
Connection: build trusted relationships with colleagues, suppliers and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts clearly
Diligence: exceptional attention to detail, ensuring technology services remain secure, reliable and well-maintained
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

Rahmenbedingungen

Location: Lucerne, Switzerland
Some international travel involved
Hybrid policy: in-office and remote work on weekly basis
Option to work elsewhere up to 4 weeks per year
Minimum 5 weeks' holiday plus public holidays and end-of-year office closure
