LGT Group, a private wealth management group owned by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, seeks a highly motivated Dublin-based AML Manager to lead a growing team of 10 employees. You will oversee daily operational deliverables of the Dublin AML team, report directly to the Head of Unit, and work closely with the Luxembourg office to ensure alignment and consistent quality of service. This role is critical to ensuring effective delivery of AML operational activities including investor onboarding, periodic reviews, screening, transaction monitoring and financial crime controls.

Aufgaben

Ensure strong control environment across investor onboarding, periodic reviews, screening, transaction monitoring and other tasks; act as check for all relevant tasks
Manage and coach direct reports, build leadership pipeline, implement structured training and knowledge-sharing initiatives; oversee performance reviews and manage team capacity, resource allocation and succession planning
Act as senior escalation point for team matters, maintain service levels and client satisfaction, partner with stakeholders on roadmap initiatives
Support ad hoc and planned reviews by regulators, internal audit, compliance testing, ISAE 3402 and other assurance activities
Identify and deliver improvements regarding workflow design, technology and automation
Manage and control risks within the AML unit; contribute to updates for AML procedures, checklists and process documents
Stay up to date with AML regulations, industry developments and best practices
Prepare and present management information where required

Profil

Business-related third-level qualification
8-10 years' experience in fund administration, investor onboarding and financial crime compliance
Experience leading AML teams and managing complex escalations and cases
Completed professional qualification such as LCI, CAMS, Professional Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention or equivalent
Proven experience leading teams of 5 or more people
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Client-facing experience
Change management experience
Central Bank of Ireland inspection and/or audit experience preferred

Location: Dublin
Team size: 10 employees reporting to you
Working arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week from home (following successful completion of probation period)
