We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional B2B sales organization in German-speaking Switzerland. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to customer engagement, team development, and business growth. The role offers significant autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the future success of the business.

Aufgaben

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive the achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets
Coach and mentor team members to strengthen sales capabilities and performance
Support key account activities and participate in strategic customer meetings and negotiations
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and management reports
Ensure efficient sales processes and close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the business across the region
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and results

Profil

Several years of experience in B2B sales and sales leadership
Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and leading successful sales teams
Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling
Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial focus
Highly results-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving change
Must have: fluent German and professional English skills; French is considered an advantage
Backgrounds of particular interest: industrial automation; machinery and equipment manufacturing; engineering and technical solutions; premium coffee systems; vending and unattended solutions; workplace services; facilities management; business services and recurring-revenue models
