Young, growing medical technology service company based in Oberkirch/Sursee (LU), specializing in minimally invasive spinal surgery. Supplies Swiss hospitals and clinics with instruments, implants and biomaterials. One-year traineeship offering insight into event organization with valuable hands-on experience.

Aufgaben

Organize national and international training courses, symposia, trade fairs and congresses; assist with invitation management, course documentation and training room setup
Manage guest hospitality: book flights and accommodations, organize catering, support guests on site
Support product management for endoscopy products; provide assistance to management and collaborate on sales support (order processing, surgery organization)

Profil

High school diploma or training in hotel industry
Organizational talent with strong coordination and customer service orientation
Reliable, independent and responsible way of working with drive
Proactive, committed and self-propelling
German (native) and very good English; additional language skills are an advantage
Driver's license Category B
Willingness to travel occasionally and support events outside normal office hours
