We are Dr. Oetker. Since our beginnings, we have been breaking new ground. With pizza, cake, and desserts at the core of our business. In Switzerland, we are around 22 employees. In spring 2026, the Group entered a new ten-year strategic cycle, creating strong momentum and a shared ambition to shape the next phase of growth. This role is critical as we further sharpen commercial focus in Switzerland, strengthen end-to-end alignment between demand creation and supply execution, and translate market opportunities into profitable growth.

Aufgaben

As a member of the three-person Executive Team, you independently identify growth opportunities within the commercial team Switzerland (10 direct reports) consisting of the streams Idea2Launch (Marketing), Source2Cash (Supply Chain) and Plan2Success (Sales) and translate them into value-creating initiatives.
Based on the company strategy, you are accountable for the development of a successful commercial strategy in Switzerland, with a strong focus on consumers, customers and markets. You prioritize and execute with your team concrete solutions and decision proposals for the Executive Team and actively drive their implementation.
You establish an integrated sourcing and planning End-to-End process, and you drive the further development and implementation of international projects across all streams.
In order to improve performance, you systematically analyze market, customer, and sales data, translate insights into specific actions, and drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
You continuously refine the sales strategy together with your team, expand key customer partnerships in a targeted manner, and lead or directly support contract and pricing negotiations to secure profitable growth.

Profil

Extensive FMCG experience with strong expertise in the Swiss market environment.
Experience operating at Management Team level, balancing strategic priorities beyond the commercial function while actively managing and resolving day-to-day business challenges.
Ability to identify growth opportunities, challenge status-quo and push the business forward with an action-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams across functions and seniority levels, with the ability to manage complexity and varying team dynamics.
You are able to make sound decisions with incomplete information, maintain momentum under pressure and consistently drive follow-through.
You are comfortable challenging assumptions, reallocating priorities to improve commercial performance.
Fluent in German and English
