To learn more, please visit our website: To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Engineer with metal composite materials experience Mission With your engineering background, you build from zero, through application-driven thinking, starting from novel materials and working with partners across long industrial cycles. You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B businesses. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s strong growth in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Sell advanced materials at customer application level
Develop assigned markets to drive sales growth
Identify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer application level. Create account plans and close deals.
Build and close business cases from first technical discussion to industrial adoption
Develop, align and execute structured go-to plan-market plans in close collaboration with management and engineering
Ensure rigorous commercial execution (projects, pipeline, priorities, forecasts) and follow up on the defined actions

Profil

What you can expect :

Engineering degree (EPFL or HES) or equivalent in materials, electrical engineering, mechanical, or other engineering fields
Experience in metal composite materials is mandatory. Spark plasma sintering (SPS), hot pressing or powder metallurgy is a plus
At least 8 years in commercial positions with in an international B2B technical sales or business development exposure in advanced materials technologies
Must have had experience selling solutions where the product is not yet standardized
Structured and execution-driven, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and drive initiatives through to results
Strong business mindset, able to understand technology and sell its value at customers at all levels, before closing the deals
Collaborative with a strong willingness to co-develop as team
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German and/or French, and/or Italian is a significant advantage
The Position is based on site in Villaz-St-Pierre (Switzerland), near Fribourg (30 minutes from Bern and Lausanne) with around 25% travel to customers worldwide
