EM Microelectronic, a Swatch Group company, is one of the most innovative semiconductor companies developing ultra-low power technology platforms. This IC Front-End Quality Manufacturing Manager role reports to the VP IC Operations and is responsible for ensuring best in-class manufacturing quality in the wafer FAB and compliance to automotive and customer requirements.

Aufgaben

Deploy quality policy throughout IC FE organization, deploy quality methods and mindset towards zero defects expectations, ensure compliance to IATF16949 and customer requirements, lead quality task forces and quality alerts cases
Own and chair the PCRB process in IC FE, ensure adherence to change management process, secure supply chain and customers, analyse impact on operational performances (NC, scraps, yield, customer claims), drive KPI analysis of PCRB process, define and drive CIP opportunities
Ensure adequate deployment of MSA, SPC, automation, FDC, MES rules towards reduction of scraps and NC events
Own and chair the MRB, ensure adequate risk assessment of NC events is systematically and timely made, ensure effective disposition actions protect supply chain and customers, drive analysis of contributions at organization and process levels, define and drive CIP with area and process owners
Drive scraps analysis, ensure assignment of cases to relevant production area, coach teams on timely problem solving towards effective root cause elimination without recurrence, drive analysis of contributions at organization and process levels, define and drive CIP with area and process owners
Drive execution of manufacturing audit process, drive findings resolution including system level for major NC, report audit findings and resolution status to management, define and propose yearly improvement plans related to audit findings
Drive resolution of customer complaints assigned to IC FE, ensure timely problem solving towards effective root cause elimination without recurrence, ensure adequate risk assessment of claim events is systematically and timely made, drive analysis of contributions at organization and operation process levels, define and drive CIP with customer quality

Profil

Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics
10 years of experience in a high-tech company
5 years of experience in a Quality Management role
Six Sigma black belt and Lean experience
Project Management experience
Proven Leadership skills and excellent teamwork
Strong problem-solving, initiative and results-oriented attitude
Good knowledge of quality systems, industry standards, tools and their implementation: ISO9001, IATF 16949 and automotive core tools
Good knowledge of IC production flows, use of quality tools, process development, failure analysis and audits
Negotiation, prioritization, empathy and flexibility skills
Self-driven, organized, structured, analytical and synthetic; able to lead continuous improvements projects and teams
Customer orientation: able to interact in multi-cultural environment and adapt communication to satisfy customer requirements
Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
