As Strategic Account Manager (SAM) South Europe - Electronics, you will drive growth within the Automotive Electronics sector across France, Italy, and Spain, serving as primary point of contact for strategic customers and translating market insights into business opportunities.

Aufgaben

Drive new business development within strategic accounts and expand share of wallet by identifying and pursuing additional opportunities in the assigned region
Develop and implement actionable and detailed strategic account plans aligned with business line goals and objectives
Build, maintain, and grow relationships across multiple business units within strategic accounts, with a focus on electronics
Manage regional and global projects with strategic accounts by involving appropriate internal stakeholders and ensuring critical milestones are achieved; act as primary point of contact
Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and validated value propositions
Represent ELANTAS' products and services with comprehensive understanding of how solutions meet customer needs
Identify electronics market dynamics and customer expectations and translate them into relevant business growth opportunities
Ensure timely and accurate sales-related administrative activities, including forecasts, monthly reporting, CRM maintenance, and use of internal tools

Profil

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in various electronics market segments (Computing, Communications, Consumer, or Industrial), preferably Automotive Electronics
Extensive experience leading international projects under automotive quality frameworks, specifically IATF 16949
Broad technical knowledge of adhesives, conformal coatings, potting resins, and electronics assembly processes
In-depth knowledge of local market and competitive landscape
Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth in global B2B environment
Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
English fluency required, with fluency in Italian and French required; additional languages are an advantage
Ability to manage complex accounts and influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with ability to generate insights and support strategic decision-making
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and other business systems (e.g. SAP)
Willingness to travel extensively across South Europe (up to 50%), occasionally internationally, and valid passport required
