Über den Job

The Mission in Bern, Switzerland is seeking qualified applicants for a Supervisory Administrative Assistant position in the Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) section on a two-year, fixed-term employment contract. The incumbent provides budget, administrative, and personnel support to the OBO Project Director throughout the project life cycle.

Aufgaben

Prepare site operations budget
Advise management on procurement, cost, and quality assurance matters
Review payment vouchers for accuracy
Coordinate contractor accreditation, identity credentials, and local staff recruitment
Supervise and evaluate administrative staff
Oversee time and attendance reporting
Manage office operations including IT access controls, filing systems, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement
Serve as personal assistant to the Project Director
Manage travel arrangements, correspondence, and meeting logs with host country officials
Handle end-of-project property disposition
