Founded in 1961, Geneva English School (GES) is a high-quality, innovative private school built on the strong foundations of the British Education system. The school currently welcomes around 350 students and employs just over 100 academic, management, and associate staff, with over 60 nationalities represented among students aged 3 to 18. GES is graded outstanding by the Independent Schools Inspectorate and is the only school in Switzerland accredited as a British School Overseas by the UK government's Department for Education.

Aufgaben

Plan, organize, and oversee engaging after-school activities for students aged 3 to 11
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during after-school hours
Supervise ASC Assistants and support students in a nurturing and inclusive environment
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure smooth communication and operations
Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Prepare accurate ASC billing information to the Finance team
Foster a positive and stimulating environment that encourages creativity, learning, and social interaction

Profil

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage
First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children
Proficiency in using Google Workspace
Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss national or EU passport holder) is essential
