Engineering Manager (m/f/d) – Basel | JobRevolt

Take on a key leadership role in delivering complex projects for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the technical execution of projects across all phases - from concept design through to detailed design and implementation. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale projects, such as the construction or modernization of production facilities, laboratories, or entire manufacturing plants.

Aufgaben

Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams across all project phases
Act as the technical lead alongside the Project Manager
Plan and monitor overall project progress throughout execution
Ensure high-quality technical delivery in line with client, regulatory, and internal standards
Manage technical project reporting to clients and senior stakeholders
Oversee cross-discipline engineering activities and facilitate design reviews with clients, suppliers, and partners
Lead technical coordination meetings and decision-making processes
Manage scope and change control processes
Coordinate internal and external approval procedures
Coach and support project team members

Profil

Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Architecture)
Extensive professional experience (typically 5+ years) in a comparable role, including delivery of large-scale projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop multidisciplinary teams
Structured, solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of customer orientation and ability to perform under pressure
Confident, proactive personality with strong decision-making capabilities
Fluency in German and English
Willingness to travel within Switzerland
