Integration in the structure
Client Relationship Management: Maintaining good client relationship with private clients, affluent, HNWI and UHNWI and answering all their requests
Business Development: Identifying, targeting, and establishing relationships with potential clients in Germany and Swiss-German part
Portfolio Management: Effectively managing existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new investment opportunities
Product Knowledge: Providing expert knowledge of investment products to guide clients in making informed decisions
Sales Support: Collaborating closely with the marketing and communication team to develop tailored strategies for the German market and the Swiss-German market
Contract Negotiation: Participating in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with local partners
Reporting & Follow-Up: Preparing regular reports on investment performance and client satisfaction
Participation of the day to day in the office

Diploma in Finance, Economics or Business
Similar and significant first professional experience in client relationship management and / or business development with private clients
Strong interest and knowledge to financial instrument and financial markets
Good knowledge of MS Office and banking software
German native language
English fluent language
French as an asset
Easy going, willingness to learn, client oriented & sense of detail
