Preparing and updating documents, presentations and correspondence
Maintaining records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Supporting the organisation of workshops, meetings and events
Following up on open tasks and helping colleagues keep projects on track
Identifying opportunities to simplify administrative processes and contributing your own ideas

Completed commercial education or ongoing studies in Business Administration or a related field
Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills in German and English
Enjoyment of working with people and collaborating across teams
A structured, reliable approach with attention to detail
Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
Motivation to learn and gain practical experience in an international company
