For one of our clients, we are looking for a Cross-Asset Investment Advisor FR / ENG 100% in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the Investment Advisory & Portfolio Management of the bank. Our client is an international private bank well established in Switzerland and other international financial places.

Aufgaben

Joining the Advisory & Portfolio Management department
Supporting Senior Advisors and Private Bankers in the day-to-day management of client relationships and advisory activities
Coordination and tracking of investment orders and execution processes
Assistance with preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentations
Monitoring of portfolios, asset allocation, investment performance, and cash management activities
Ensuring accurate tracking of transactions, documentation, and internal processes
Participation in staffing the advisory desk, including planned market and customer monitoring
Conducting market research on various asset classes and investment themes
Assistance with investment selection and analysis
Providing ideas and recommendations for potential investment opportunities
Monitoring of financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and investment trends
Maintenance and updating of the advisory portfolio universe, watchlists, and reporting tools
Assisting with the preparation of investment publications, market commentary, and marketing materials
Support in the development of internal investment presentations and client communication materials
Reporting to the clients and the Management
Participation to the day-to-day in the office

Profil

Graduated in Finance, Economy or Management
3-5 years of experience in a similar advisory role in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory in Switzerland
Very good level on multi-asset classes for direct and indirect investments
Good commands in MS Office, banking softwares and IA tools
Very good language skills in French and in English
Client orientation and sense of advisory
Rigorous, organised, dynamic and professional
Sense of confidentiality
