Intensiv SA, a Swiss Dental Industry operating internationally, is looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented professional to join its commercial team. The role involves commercial development and management of a portfolio of international markets, strengthening existing Business Partner relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

Aufgaben

Manage and develop Business Partners within the assigned markets
Achieve the sales targets defined for the respective areas
Identify and acquire new Business Partners and develop new markets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international partners
Monitor sales performance and regularly review results with Business Partners
Plan and implement sales and marketing activities in the assigned markets
Support Business Partners with their local promotional and marketing activities
Coordinate the commercial launch and development of new products
Present the Intensiv product range and provide product training to Business Partners
Participate in customer visits, trade fairs and international events

Profil

Commercial education or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international business environment with medical devices background, dental preferred
Very good command of English and at least two Swiss national languages
Knowledge of an additional Swiss national language and/or Spanish would be an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%

Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Motivated to learn and develop professionally
