As Coffee Manager, you will lead the development of the Coffee Business in the market, shaping category strategy, accelerating commercial growth and building the long-term success of Costa and Vergnano. Aufgaben

Lead the development and execution of the Coffee Business strategy and annual business plan.
Define the vision and 360° plans for accelerating the coffee category, including portfolio, activation strategy, commercial policy, route-to-market, partnerships, resources and operational processes.
Own the end-to-end execution of local coffee plans, ensuring delivery of short-term business objectives while building long-term brand equity.
Cascade the coffee strategy across the commercial organisation and ensure strong alignment and engagement of key stakeholders.
Enable capability development across Sales teams and the wider organisation, embedding coffee expertise and category knowledge.
Lead Coffee team / HoReCa development through agreements with targeted customers and drive the coffee listing strategy within the At Work channel.
Collaborate closely with Costa partners and Group stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution and sustainable business growth.
Drive the innovation agenda by identifying consumer trends, market opportunities and growth platforms, ensuring a healthy innovation pipeline.
Lead the development of local marketing plans for Costa and Vergnano, defining the most effective consumer activation and media strategies by channel.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, customers and strategic partners.
Manage brand investments and budgets, ensuring achievement of business and financial targets.
Define at market level: Costa strategy in terms of products, machines and sub-brand roles; Vergnano strategy and development priorities; product requirements and local innovation roadmap; portfolio optimisation and rationalisation initiatives; pricing strategy in alignment with commercial and brand objectives; Picture of Success and execution standards.
Analyse market, customer and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability.
Ensure successful launches of new products and categories while promoting best-practice sharing across the organisation.
Establish strong collaboration across Customer Marketing, Sales and other key functions to maximise category performance.

5+ years of professional experience in the commercial area of a coffee or FMCG company (Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales or Innovation).
Strong knowledge of the local market, HoReCa and/or At Work channels.
In-depth understanding of the local coffee market, especially Out-of-Home, with an established network among key stakeholders within the beverage industry.
