Data & Analytics Manager (80–100%) We create moments of enjoyment for food lovers of all generations The IDAK Food Group, headquartered in Spreitenbach, is a fast-growing European premium frozen food group with around 2,300 employees, approximately CHF 590 million in net sales, and 18 production sites. With operations across Switzerland, Italy, France, the United Kingdom and additional international markets, our companies combine strong local heritage with a shared entrepreneurial ambition to create delightful food experiences for customers around the support our next stage of growth and build a central group-wide data platform in a multi-ERP environment, we are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager (80–100%) Your responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of a central group data platform that connects multiple ERP landscapes and other business data sources across the group Further develop the existing target data architecture and information model, and evolve it over time in line with the company’s growth, changing business needs and system landscape Manage the end-to-end delivery of the data platform project, coordinating internal stakeholders, external contractors and implementation partners Establish pragmatic data governance standards, ownership models and quality controls to improve consistency, transparency and trust in data Drive master data management practices across key domains and work closely with business and IT teams to strengthen data quality at source Build scalable reporting and analytics capabilities using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, with a strong focus on usability, automation and business value Identify opportunities to leverage innovative technologies, advanced analytics and automation to simplify data flows and accelerate decision-making Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating analytical needs into concrete platform, dashboard and governance solutions Create transparency on project progress, priorities, risks and outcomes through structured stakeholder management and clear reporting Contribute to the long-term development of a group-wide data and analytics capability that supports growth, integration and operational excellence
Degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, business informatics or a comparable field Several years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles, ideally in an international, multi-entity or manufacturing environment Strong technical background as a data architect, with solid understanding of data models, integration patterns, platform design and scalable analytics architectures Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including the design of robust semantic models, dashboards and reporting solutions Proven ability to lead projects, structure workstreams, manage external contractors and drive delivery in a pragmatic and results-oriented way Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks and master data management principles Ability to work effectively across business and IT functions, align diverse stakeholders and translate strategic needs into concrete solutions Strong communication skills in English; German, French or Italian are an advantage in our international group context What we offer A key role in shaping the future data and analytics capabilities of a fast-growing international group The opportunity to build a central data platform with visible business impact across group and local entities A broad and challenging role that combines architecture, governance, delivery leadership and innovation Collaboration with experienced colleagues, business stakeholders and external specialists in a dynamic international environment Room to introduce modern technologies, automation ideas and pragmatic ways of working Contemporary employment conditions with flexibility and opportunities for personal development Have we sparked your interest?
